Covid-19 Food Giveaway

In response to the coronavirus pandemic, we developed A Food Giveaway in Harlem Park, to distribute healthy foods and non-perishable goods to residents of the community. In acknowledging the overconsumption of foods and necessaries in our community, we extended our resources in collaboration with the Maryland Food Bank and the Metropolitan United Methodist Church. To ensure that no family would go without the proper nutrition as they combat this pandemic and experience limitations due to State Executive Orders.

Our impact: we feed 400 families in Harlem Park.
